Becoming a Sponsor or Subscriber of the NW Diversity Learning Series (NWDLS) opens up the opportunity to gain valuable resources to deepen your learning of the issues facing DEI professionals today.  Each NWDLS session offers a unique focus and topic presented by a diverse group of presenters that come from both the local community and from throughout the United States.  This format serves to provide limitless opportunities for continuous growth and learning for all that attend.


Companies and organizations that support at the Sponsor level are identified with their company logo on the ISDI/NW Diversity Learning Series website and on all session materials.   • Personal Awareness and Skill Building:  Helps employees and managers individually and in team settings, lead the charge to build more diverse and inclusive experiences for everyone at work and in their communities.

  • Networking Opportunities: Networking opportunities abound in each session to address current issues and challenges and how to apply lessons learned back at work, which promotes increased learning, collaboration, and sharing of ideas.


  • ERG/BRG/D&I Council Leadership Development:  Allows employees who participate in Employee Resource Groups, Business Resource Groups and Diversity & Inclusion Councils to strengthen their leadership skills and deepen their knowledge of best practices.


  • Workshop Assessment Data: Each session incorporates Kirkpatrick’s Level II evaluation (pre and post session assessments) in which participants rate their competency on the desired learning objectives.   • Membership in the D&I and HR Leaders Group (2 or 3 seats depending on Level)

  • Consultative support, coaching or training

  • Priority placement of company logo on the ISDI website ( and all session materials

  • Due to the pandemic, for the virtual sessions, Sponsors may double the number of seats at their level (unfilled seats cannot be carried over from one session to another)

  • Reduced rate for additional seat purchases per session


SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS: We believe it is important for Subscriber organizations, which may be smaller or not-for-profit organizations, to be an integral part of this group because of the diversity of perspective and thought brought to the conversations.

  • Organization or company logo included on the ISDI website ( and all session materials.

  • Due to the pandemic, for virtual sessions, Subscribers may double their seats for each subscription

Afternoon with Session Presenter(s)

The D&I and HR Leaders Group is a peer group comprised of the DEI and HR leaders from the Sponsor and Subscriber organizations of the Series. They form a core group that collaborates with ISDI to make sure the Series is relevant and successful.


Members enjoy a wide range of benefits, including participation in the Afternoon Sessions (2 hours, virtually) with the presenters of the Morning Sessions of the Series. Members also receive invitations and discounts on other special ISDI events, and the opportunity to network and learn from peers.

ISDI is offering consultative support, coaching or training as a new sponsorship benefit in 2022. Each sponsorship level receives a set number of hours annually; The hours cover one ISDI consultant support, coaching or training.


Platinum:  5 hours 

Gold:  4 hours 

Silver:  3 hours 

Bronze:  2 hours
